This section is for patients, and for staff who help patients use the app.

Before you start

You need a PHB account. See Register as a patient and Patient sign-in.

Go to /login. You land on Home (/home). If your profile isn’t complete, PHB asks you to finish it first.

Your screen

On a computer, the left sidebar has:
  • Home, Care, Family, Records, Wallet, Consent.
  • Quick links: Primary hospital, Book, Prescriptions, Help & tutorials.
  • Talk to a nurse (soon) and Emergency.
On a phone, the bottom bar has Home, Care, Records, Wallet and More. More holds Family, Consent, Prescriptions, Primary hospital, Help, Emergency, Profile, Sign-in & security and Sign out. In the top bar:
  • The search palette (⌘K or Ctrl+K) to jump to a page.
  • A shield showing how many active consents you have. It opens Consent.
  • A bell with unread notifications.
  • A language switcher.
  • Your account menu.

Home

Home shows your HPN, a record summary, allergies, consents, wallet and appointments. It also shows:
  • A Get started checklist.
  • A yellow provisional banner with Verify NIN, if your HPN is provisional.
  • A card to add a passkey.
  • Quick actions: Book, Request a call from PHB, Talk to a nurse (soon), Emergency.
