Before you start

You need to be signed in, with an email address on your account.

Start the download

Open Records and choose download.

Confirm it's you

PHB sends you a code. Enter it.

Check your email

PHB emails you a one-time link. Open it to download your record. The record is never shown in the download window itself.

Every downloaded record has a Document ID and a QR code.

Go to /verify, or scan the QR code.
Enter the Document ID.
PHB shows whether the document is genuine, with a few facts that are not medical details.

Problem	What to do
No email arrived	Check spam. Make sure your email address is right in your profile.
The link doesn’t work	It works once. Start a new download.
No code arrived	Wait a moment and try again.
