Before you start
You need to be signed in. Open Prescriptions (/prescriptions).
Steps
See a prescription
- Tap a prescription in the list.
- You see the Medications and the Dispense history, including whether counselling was given.
Ask for a refill

Open the prescription
It must be active and have refills left.

Tap Request refill
Answer Are your symptoms the same? with Same as before or New symptoms.

Add a note (optional)
Use Notes for your doctor (optional).

Send
Tap Send refill request. The request goes to the doctor who prescribed it. You are told when they decide.
