Steps
- Tap Emergency in the sidebar or on Home. This opens
/emergency.
- Tap the call button to dial 112.
- If you can travel, use Go to the nearest hospital.

- Call 112 in one tap.
- Find the nearest hospital.
- If it isn’t an emergency, tap Book a visit →.
Things to know
- There is no in-app ambulance dispatch.
- A callback request is not for emergencies. If you choose emergency on Request a call, PHB tells you to call 112 and does not queue a callback.
- On USSD, choosing emergency shows: “Medical emergency? Call 112 now for an ambulance. Do not wait on USSD.”
