Wallet and payments

Before you start

You need to be signed in. Open Wallet (/wallet).

Tap Top up

Under Available balance, tap Top up.

How much?

Enter the amount. The minimum top-up is ₦100.

Pay with

Choose card or bank (Verve, Visa, transfer). Complete the payment with the payment provider.

Wait for confirmation

You see Waiting for your payment…. When the provider confirms, you see Top-up received and your new balance.

See your Available balance. Tap to Hide balance or Show balance.
See Recent transactions.
Pay for bookings from your wallet. When you book, PHB holds the fee and takes it when the visit is confirmed.
Pay a pharmacy from your wallet when they dispense.

Airtime → Health, Susu circles, Insurance, and top-up by USSD · Open Banking · Mono are coming in later releases.

What you see	What to do
Minimum top-up is ₦100.	Enter ₦100 or more.
You have a payment in progress	Tap Check again, or Start a new top-up if you abandoned the last one.
No payment detected yet	The provider hasn’t confirmed yet. Wait, then check again. Don’t pay twice.
Your balance hasn’t changed	It updates only after the provider confirms. Pending top-ups are checked again automatically.
