Before you start

You need to be signed in to the patient app.
Deleting your account signs you out straight away and locks the account. You can’t sign in again afterwards.

Steps

Open Consent

Go to Consent in the sidebar.

Open download and erase

Choose the data-rights view. You can also go straight to /consent?view=dsar.

Download first

Click Download my data to get a copy first.

Delete if you're sure

Choose to delete and confirm with Yes, delete my account. You are signed out.

What you can do here

  • Download a copy of your data.
  • Ask PHB to delete your account.

Common problems
