What the offline banner, the session-expired overlay and the idle lock mean, and what to do.

| An offline banner at the top | Your device lost its connection. | Wait for it to reconnect. PHB tells you when you’re back. |
The /offline page | You opened a page while offline. | Reconnect and reload. |
| You’re offline — changes won’t save (notification settings) | Changes can’t be saved offline. | Reconnect first. |
| Clinical Tools offline notice | Calculators still work offline. | Carry on. |
| A Sign in again overlay | Your session ended. | Sign in. PHB returns you to the page you were on. |
| The patient app locked | You were idle. | Sign in again. |
