Patient	Request a call from PHB in the app, or USSD `347731#` option 4. See Request a call.
Patient (email)	`help@phbhealth.com`, listed on the public help page.
Hospital staff	Your facility’s owner or admin for accounts and roles.
Emergency	Call 112.

Other contact details shown in some screens, such as a phone line, a status-page email and a named account contact, are still being confirmed by PHB. Don’t rely on them until they are listed here.
