This guide is for staff with the role nurse.

Before you start

You need:
  • An invite from your hospital with the role nurse. See Accept a staff invite.
  • Your work email, password and authenticator app.
  • A verified NMCN licence. Until then, recording vitals, triage, handover and tasks are locked. See Nurse onboarding.

  1. Go to /hospital/login. There is no separate nursing sign-in page.
  2. Enter your work email and password, then your authenticator code.
  3. You land on Triage (/nursing/triage).
If you also hold a front-office role, such as admin or receptionist, you land on /hospital instead. Open the nursing workspace from there, or go to /nursing.

Your screen

The left sidebar has Today, Ward, Triage, Patient, Tasks, Handover, Help & guides and Account. Alerts is coming soon. In the top bar:
  • Find a patient · HPN: type a full HPN to open the patient.
  • Comfortable or Compact: choose how dense the lists are.
Until your licence is verified, a banner says Complete your NMCN onboarding to attend to patients, with Complete onboarding.
