# Get help

> Where to find guides, how to reach a person, and how to tell PHB a guide didn't help.

## In the app

| Where | What you get |
| - | - |
| **Help & guides** (`/help/tutorials`) | Step-by-step guides for patients, front desk, nurses, doctors, pharmacists and hospital admins. Open it from your sidebar, or the pharmacy header. |
| **Was this helpful?** at the bottom of each guide | Tap **Yes** or **No**. After **No**, say what you were hoping to find. It goes to PHB's team. Sign in first: the screen thanks you even if your vote could not be saved. |

<Note>
  There are no in-app guides yet for lab scientists. A guide that isn't written yet shows a "being written" page.
</Note>

## Reach a person

| Who you are | How |
| - | - |
| Patient | **Request a call from PHB** in the app, or USSD `*347*731#` option **4**. See [Request a call](/guides/patient/request-a-call). |
| Patient (email) | `help@phbhealth.com`, listed on the public help page. |
| Hospital staff | Your facility's owner or admin for accounts and roles. |
| Emergency | Call **112**. |

<Note>
  Other contact details shown in some screens, such as a phone line, a status-page email and a named account contact, are still being confirmed by PHB. Don't rely on them until they are listed here.
