Check here before you promise anything. PHB is still being built. Screens are honest about this: a feature that isn't ready is shown greyed out and marked **Soon** or **Not available yet**. This page lists the main ones in one place. If a feature is on this page as **Not built** or **Soon**, don't tell a patient or a colleague that it works. ## How to read this page | Status | What it means | | - | - | | **Live** | You can use it today. | | **Live, limited** | It works, but only part of it, or only when PHB has switched it on. | | **Soon** | You can see it on screen, but it is greyed out. | | **Not built** | It is planned or designed, but there is nothing to use yet. | | **Awaiting clinical sign-off** | It is built, but PHB's chief medical officer has not yet approved the clinical content (decision D-006). | ## Patient app | Feature | Status | | - | - | | Sign in with phone code, HPN and password, or a passkey | Live | | Book care, pay from wallet or at the desk | Live | | **Request a call from PHB** | Live, limited.
