# Wallet and payments

> Top up your PHB wallet and use it to pay for care.

## Before you start

You need to be signed in. Open **Wallet** (`/wallet`).

## Steps

    Under **Available balance**, tap **Top up**.

  <Step title="How much?">
    Enter the amount. The minimum top-up is ₦100.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pay with">
    Choose card or bank (**Verve, Visa, transfer**). Complete the payment with the payment provider.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for confirmation">
    You see **Waiting for your payment…**. When the provider confirms, you see **Top-up received** and your new balance.

## What you can do here

* See your **Available balance**. Tap to **Hide balance** or **Show balance**.
* See **Recent transactions**.
* Pay for bookings from your wallet. When you book, PHB holds the fee and takes it when the visit is confirmed.
* Pay a pharmacy from your wallet when they dispense.

  **Airtime → Health**, **Susu circles**, **Insurance**, and top-up by **USSD · Open Banking · Mono** are coming in later releases.

## Common problems

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| **Minimum top-up is ₦100.** | Enter ₦100 or more. |
| **You have a payment in progress** | Tap **Check again**, or **Start a new top-up** if you abandoned the last one. |
| **No payment detected yet** | The provider hasn't confirmed yet. Wait, then check again. Don't pay twice. |
| Your balance hasn't changed | It updates only after the provider confirms. Pending top-ups are checked again automatically. |
