### Patients: add a passkey

A passkey lets you sign in with your phone's fingerprint, face or screen lock.

1. Go to **Home**.
2. Find the passkey card and follow its steps.
3. Next time, click **Use a passkey on this device** on `/login`.

### Staff: change your password

Staff change their password while signed in from:

* **Doctors:** **Settings** (`/clinical/settings`).
* **Nurses:** **Account** (`/nursing/account`).
* **Lab scientists:** **Account** (`/lab/account`).

If you forgot your staff password, you can't change it yourself. See [Forgot password or lost authenticator](/account/forgot-password-or-lost-authenticator).

## Common problems

<Note>
  A change-password screen for front-office staff and pharmacists was not found in the code. Ask your owner or admin for a reset instead.
